Ocean Breeze Concierge has been amazing to work with. As an absentee homeowner living 16 hours away, it's nice to know someone is looking after our second home. In the first month, they've helped us fix our irrigation (that we didn't know was broken and killing our grass), freezer, replaced our air filters, and replaced our fridge filter. It's nice to know that everything will be taken care of when we come down to stay, and we won't be stressed out trying to fix stuff on the house instead of relaxing on the beach.

Sunny is so caring and sweet to work with. You can tell that she truly cares about your house like it's her own. She also is very accommodating. We had some family members coming from out of state to use our home and Sunny took care of the food shopping, setting up some fun activities for them, and even had a sweet gift basket with local goodies and fresh flowers waiting for them when they arrived!

Love dealing with Sunny at Ocean Breeze Concierge! The checklist and photos are great to see every week so we aren't worried about something happening and no one there to remedy the issue. I don't have to bother my family down in Florida anymore to check on my house or scramble to find someone to help fix an issue. And it's comforting knowing that we have someone to help with hurricane prep if we ever need (which I'm sure we will).
